Shipment
We ship customer orders through Purolator, UPS or other carriers, on a timely manner.
Return goods
No Merchandise will be accepted without our authorization. All merchandise must be returned clean and unaltered, in original packaging. Items being returned must be re-packaged into a larger container to protect the original packaging of the product. All damaged merchandise will be replaced or a credit will be issued at our sole discretion. Damaged stock due to improper use or customer abuse will not be accepted for return.
A restocking charge and courier return fee may apply.
Special orders are not returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for product that has been in your possession for more than 30 days.
Shortage, Errors & Damage Claims
Please inspect all deliveries carefully; verify the total number of cartons. If you receive damaged cartons or less quantity, indicate on the receipt and contact us immediately. Leave the goods in the box you received, along with all packing materials. It is possible that a representative of the carrier will visit you to inspect the damaged items.
Warranty Notice
Elimedical may not be one of the "authorized distributors" appointed by some manufacturers of the Products to market in Canada and U. S. The Products, although similar to those distributed in Canada and other parts of the world by the Manufacturer's distributors, are not purchased from the Manufacturers directly and may not be warranted by the Manufacturers, which may refuse to honour the Manufacturer's warranty accompanying the Product. Elimedical will honour the Manufacturer's warranty and/or quality guarantee accompanying the Product.
